11:11:11 is opening a portal to the dynamic energies of 2012. What you focus upon and experience at this time will initiate a process, setting you upon a path, that will align you with your Souls intention for being alive at this amazing time on the Planet. (Please note that this portal will be opened and stay open, into 2012, from now forward, and particularly each day at 11:11. Spending even a few moments at those times (as you are able to) will continue to open you to and strengthen your connection to this energy. You can use the Yin Approach at 11:11 p.m. and the Yang Approach at 11:11 a.m. (see below.)

In essence, as you attune to this portal, you will be setting yourself on the path towards the higher expressions of energies that will be available next year, in 2012.

Secondly, 11:11:11 is a a set of triple master numbers. Eleven is a number of illumination and when vibrating this powerfully 11 can reveal to you the path and direction you are now ready to take in your life. This can be a most illuminating experience, as this is the path that is indeed exactly right for you at this time (and into 2012) and has been laid out for you long ago. Yet it is now, as we enter this most important phase of humanity’s awakening, that you are ready to do what it is you intended this lifetime (or to take to another level what you are doing now) that will fulfill the agreement you made with your Soul (we do make agreements with our own Soul.)

Neptune has a major influence now and in fact resonates with the number eleven. When we call Neptune forth, which indeed we can do (see Planets of Light), we are better able to reside and be with these  subtle, yet powerful energies present now as Neptune can help to align us with them.

Lastly, eleven represents the World of Spirit and the World of Matter, and more specifically the constant exchange of energy that exists between these worlds and is symbolically represented in the space between the “1’s” of the number eleven. This is normally quite difficult to perceive…something like trying to watch your eyes move in a mirror or seeing what is in the blind spot of your rear view mirror. It is usually outside our normal perception.

As I was writing this, many images came to mind as I attuned to this space between the worlds. Here are some of them: Birthing; doorways; pathways; having a vertical stance with our feet the on the Earth and hands reaching for the sky; connecting Heaven and Earth; being a witness to the creative forces that seek expression in your life.

Some ideas as to how to be with the energies present on 11:11:11 (and beyond—see above):

• If you do not know you destiny or path, call it forth at this time.
• Say an invocation declaring that you are ready to know your purpose as it can only express through you. This may set in motion a difficult yet exciting time…one you were made for.
• Call forth new potential to come through you and for new opportunities to present themselves in your life.
• Declare “I am ready”.
• Allow preconceived notions of how you thought it would look or be fall away once you have invoked these things, and especially between now and 2012.
• We are in the 45 days before the Winter Solstice (Summer in the Southern hemisphere). This is the time to go deep within so you can retrieve all that is planted within you for your coming journey ahead. Think of it as a gathering of your resources and an opening to your innate knowing of what it is you are here to do at this time.

It may seem that things are chaotic and yet this is just as it should be as much is happening within you now. You have consented to being a vehicle for the exchange of Spirit and Matter, and this will set many things in dynamic motion as new life is emerging within you.

 The Yin and the Yang Approach… Surrender to the process…Engage the energies.

At this time, on 11:11:11, there is a portal open that will allow you to enter this sacred place where you can have a foothold in both worlds. This will allow you to become a more conscious part of the exchange of energy that takes place (all the time) between Spirit and Matter. It occurs to me that there are two ways we can experience this, which I am calling the “Yin” and the “Yang” Approach.

The Yin Approach is where you surrender to the energies present and are receptive and become a witness to this exchange. This can be a most mystical experience as you may sense or feel the energies actually move around, and perhaps even through, you. As you breathe in, hold your breath just a moment and surrender to the intake of the breath you just took, allowing the life force to penetrate and engulf you.

Second, with the Yang Approach, you are more dynamically involved, seeking to invite in and even direct the energies in some way. Here you are a co-creator with the energies present as they move between the Worlds of Spirit and Matter. As you breathe out, and before you inhale, state that you are a co-creator with the energies that are entering you upon your intake of air. Affirm that you are a vehicle for the fundamental creative power of the Universe.

Both are completely valid ways to engage with this portal where Spirit and Matter meet, and that are being held open in sacred and mysterious ways at this time. Having either the Yin or the Yang exchange of energies with the co-mingling of Spirit and Matter, even if it only lasts seconds, could change you forever, as you now have, planted in your consciousness and your body, an experience of what it is to co-exist in and with the higher dimensions.

Mercury is about to turn retrograde which always seems to strike a cord of “OMG—here we go” from many people. The actual retrograde period will begin August 2 and go until the 26th. But we are already feeling the effects.

This Is Not A “Normal” Mercury Retrograde

While every Mercury retrograde has some similarities, each one has it’s own flavor, as well. And this one has some very interesting flavors going on.

Let’s recap what we can expect from Mercury Retrograde
We have come to know that when Mercury is retrograde it is likely we will experience issues and challenges with communications (verbal, written, electronic, etc.), misunderstandings seem to occur more often, mix-ups happen with arrangements and plans, computers and related devices act up, etc. (You can learn more about what to expect during Mercury retrograde on my talk, available here.)

But this one has an added element that makes it the most unusual Mercury retrograde I can remember.

From July 28th to August 7th, Mercury will be in Virgo opposing Neptune in Pisces.

To understand this unusual aspect, let’s look at what each of them are separately.

Mercury in Virgo loves order, is efficient, thinks in a linear fashion, works off a list and pays great attention to detail. We could say it counts the trees while not even noticing it is in a beautiful forest.

Neptune reveals to us the vision for our life. It rules our dreams, imagination, what inspires us and what we hope for. It opens us to the inner and higher realms, showing us that there is more, far more, to life that what we generally perceive with our lower, rational minds.

Neptune in Pisces sees things holistically and does not see boundaries around anything. (The song Imagine has a most Neptunean message and in fact, imagination is ruled by Neptune.)

Neptune doesn’t count the trees, it only relishes in them and loves every one. It looks out and not at. It knows that each and every tree is an essential part to the making up of the forest.

Mercury in Virgo speaks to the individual components of things. The details. While Neptune in Pisces sees everything as a whole. The two do have a relationship and that is a key to understanding this influence.

An ideal relationship between these two influences is for Neptune to open our minds and hearts to what we can become and shows us what is possible for our life and for humanity at this time. Mercury then sets out to lay down the plan to make that happen. It is the Creator’s Mind in this realm or field of expression. When Mercury meets Neptune within our being and we see that our life is made up of both views, the micro and macro, then we can stay on an inspired course that seems viable and magic happens.

The Light is always illuminating our Path, though we don't always see that it is.

Mercury without Neptune’s visionary influence, while efficient and methodical, can be plodding and barren. It can feel lost and without hope. Moving through piles of things that must get done, but not really seeing where things are going.

It is when these two don’t recognize each other that we get into troubled waters and the lower expressions of this pairing play out. We get discouraged as our lives have likely become busy yet barren and perhaps even meaningless. We are mentally brittle, frayed and exhausted. Hope and purpose seem elusive at best.

These two dynamics are intrinsically connected whether we recognize it or not. Meaning, truth is that there are trees and there is a forest. The individual elements make up the whole. The whole includes all it’s individual elements.

It is true that in each of us we have a conscious mind that deals with details and the aspects of life that require reasoning and logic (the trees) and we also have within us dreams and a vision for a life that reflects the spiritual being that we are.

The hope and the objective is for these two to not only see each other within ourselves but to also know that their bond is integral to the higher expressions of each of them. This is where the dynamic alchemical relationship happens. This is why we were called into being.

.And this is the gift of this transit as it will bring before our eyes and into our conscious awareness this very thing.

What To Expect & Keys To Dealing With These Dynamic Energies

It is quite likely that you will experience some of the more challenging or difficult aspects of this influence. So I have listed here some things that you may experience are during this time:

• You may feel ungrounded and off center.
• You may feel spacey, disoriented and even confused or dizzy at times.
• If you are “ultra sensitive” to your surroundings you may pick up on others fear, confusion, etc. Be sure to clear your space often! (Taking a shower while visualizing any toxic or negative or draining energy leaving your physical, emotional, mental and etheric bodies is a simple, effective way to do this. And call on Archangel Michael if you feel you need extra protection or buffering.)
• The “veils are thin” between the realms. As a result you may sense things that you don’t ordinarily. This may be through your vision, hearing or even impressions. Please know that just because you are “picking something up” does not mean it is accurate or real. Ask that the frequency be raised. Then “check out” again what you are perceiving. OR sleep on it, certainly before you take action based on a hunch. This said . . .
• Intuition will be stronger for many, so it would be good to include these insights into your decision-making process. In fact, your intuition may be more accurate than your logic-reasoning mind.
• Your imagination may be hyper-active now. Keep in mind this may not always be a positive thing. Don’t let it take you in uncomfortable directions!

Here are some both practical and spiritual ideas that will help you to deal with the above as well as ways to raise the frequencies of this influence:

• Clean and clear off the clutter from your work space, altar or meditation space. This clears the way for you to receive undistorted messages, healing, insights and guidance from your higher realms that is less likely to be distorted or unclear.
• Adopt the mindset that there is a spiritual aspect to everything that is going on and especially to what is occurring before you in this moment.
• Ask for clarity and guidance about what that is.
• Do pay attention to details, just don’t get lost there.
• Get extra rest as the physical body will most likely not have as much energy as usual.
• Pay careful attention to what is on your mind when you awake as it is certainly possible that you have a message waiting for you!
• Look for the mystical in everything as it may be most apparent if you really see what is right before and around you.
• Reconnect with your vision! Find ways to get inspired! Do a vision board, read or listen to those things that inspire you, channel a message to yourself from your Soul. During this time the mind is more open that usual to being enlightened, illuminated and inspired.
• Visualize what you know is a higher expression of your own Divine self. Hold that vision in your mind’s eye for a few minutes each day.

Trying to make any sense of it and then to try to figure out  “what to do about it” can be quite bewildering and even overwhelming.

Two Critical Questions
If you are on a path of consciousness or a Spiritual path of some kind, then you may be asking yourself two very important questions these days:

From a practical viewpoint you wonder how you are to thrive, or just survive, in the times we live. This may be financially, regarding your job or work situation or personal relationships and/or family life.

From a spiritual viewpoint you may ask something along the lines of: Why am I here now? What is my part to play at this critical juncture? How can I be of service?

And very importantly, how do these two dynamics intersect in my life? Where do they merge?

One of the key shifts available in 2011 is this: to get the order of these two right. Meaning, to see that in order to thrive in a practical sense, you have to make it your priority to better understand the relationship between your spiritual path and your life path.

In fact, the merging of these two is where the alchemy occurs and magic happens.

Where To Start?
A good place to start is this:

1.   Recognize that you do have a part to play at this critical time on planet Earth, and then claim it.

2.   To do this you must raise your vibration, up your game, step up to the plate and own your significance.

You signed up to being here now. And you consented to doing something, to being a vehicle for a higher purpose in some way or another.

Does it need to be grandiose and involve a huge effort? Not necessarily. What it needs to be is authentically yours. For doing so is what will give you every tool, every resource and all the support you need to carry out your Soul Purpose, or what I often call “Your Task”.

Keep in mind that your task may not be an “out in the world thing” and could be more of an inner experience. Opening to the Light on the inner brings Light to all that are near and can have a significant impact in raising the vibration on the planet.

And this is the year, I feel, many will experience a shift from seeking or trying to do this to actually manifesting it. But again, getting clear about the order of this is a must.

The Astrological Cycles at Play
One of the great gifts of Astrology is that we can see the bigger cycles at play. And this year, a new cycle is about to begin.

Uranus

For seven years, Uranus has been in the sign of Pisces. All astrological influences have an agenda and Uranus in Pisces, during this last seven years, was clear: open a channel from our higher mind to our lower mind. This was so we increased our capacity to grasp new knowledge and insights.

The impact of this influence has, over time, opened our minds and hearts to new wisdom and understandings. Most of you have also likely experienced an increase in your own intuition and inner knowing during these years. Hopefully you have also come to trust it more, even rely on it.

During these 7 years, many changed how they saw things and this could have created a kind of chaos as the old way of perceiving didn’t seem to fit aspects of the new insights and higher knowledge now available. The old patterns stubbornly held their position in our psyche, often resisting this new information. But over time, and with the help of other astrological influences during this past few years, the beliefs and ways of perceiving your life have likely changed.

The old patterns and precepts served their purpose and now don’t seem to fit. This can be uncomfortable as going back isn’t even possible anymore. This may be to a career path, how we support ourselves or relationships to our family, friends or partners. It can feel as though the path has actually dissolved when we look back.

I have heard many say such things . . . that significant aspects of their life now seem “old, out dated and just no longer an option.” Yet it would seem that a kind of limbo set in for many in 2010, because the “next steps” or new path were not really all that clear. Or perhaps it was clear but just not happening for one reason or another.

On To 2011 and The New Cycle
Yes, I feel we are entering a New Cycle. The planetary energies, patterns and shifts point in this direction.

Yet to the degree that we are in sync with the energies, is the degree we will be able to truly avail ourselves to the magic pulsing through them.

In other words, to embrace this New Cycle, we must align ourselves through exerting our personal will, in a conscious way that embraces and stabilizes the natural rhythms of life, as these are the “carriers” of the current of the creative/creator, or the Pulse of Life itself.

There are lots of ways to get in sync with this natural flow of life, and some are quite simple to do, such as:

• Breathing exercises.
• Through movement: such as dancing, walking, yoga, tai chi, etc.
• Normalizing your daily patterns, such as eating and sleeping

What is most important is to be consistent. This is what will increase your capacity to be able to bring this Universal Energy into your life.

Yet if you are out of sync in other, fundamental ways, these may not be enough.

Another, effective way is this: to align your life, at least to some degree, to the cycles of the Heavens, using Astrology as your map to do so. I simply know of no other body of knowledge that better shows us how to get in sync with the natural order of things than Astrology.

This is what Astro Currents Monthly, my new offering, is all about: finding out how to use the natural cycles of life to your advantage by being aware of the planetary influences, the lunation cycle, the retrograde periods and more. This will increase your energy and empower you to act in ways that are in accord with the Universal energy.

Think of Astrology as being a language—the Language of the Stars. The planets could be considered portals of energy from a higher realm. Astrology can show us how to align yourself with these energies, this “Breath of Creation”.

In our current culture, it almost goes without saying that we are out of alignment with the natural flow of life. Can you see how when you are out of alignment your life can seem chaotic or unfullfiling? When you go against the grain you set up circumstances in your life that make it difficult to manifest?

The Life Pulse is strong in 2011 and so you want to be in that flow. This is how you will be able to sustain the energy needed for, and in, this new cycle.

Even doing so in some way will help tremendously.

Key Events In 2011
Next, I want to address the keys that I see as most significant to the New Cycle we are entering, particularly in the first half of the year:

1. The Uranus-Jupiter conjunction in Pisces in the first week of the year.
2. Jupiter entering Aries the 3rd week of January.
3. Uranus entering Aries mid-March for 7 years.
4. Neptune entering Pisces briefly for the first time in over 140 years.

1.   Right out the door~Jupiter is conjunct Uranus!

When I look over the year ahead certain days or series of days will jump out at me as being of particular significance. This year, it is interesting because one of the most potent one is this week, January 4th, and the few days surrounding it.

The 3rd of three meetings of Jupiter-Uranus is happening this week (there were two last summer). This time it is occurring at the end of Pisces, which are the final degrees of the Zodiac. The influence of the conjunction of Jupiter & Uranus this week will last another 2-3 weeks.

These are powerful planets and their combined energies set the tone for the year for all of us. (Also on the 4th is the first New Moon of the year, which also happens to be a Solar Eclipse! This adds yet more potency to this week, and says that the seeds and thoughts we plant now are especially important to our entire year ahead.)

As we enter this year, it would be good to reflect not only on the past year, but the last several years. For they are the foundation to better understanding what this year is about, and what it isn’t about.

A major theme is to seek freedom from limiting beliefs and patterns, to forgive others and yourself and to let go of whatever holds you back. During this time, if you have done the “work”, such as reflection and being willing to be responsible for your part, “just letting go” is absolutely possible during this time! This alone will open the space within for what comes in the new cycle.

Say Good-bye Old Programming!
We all have programs that run someplace in the background of our unconscious that sets our limits and says “yes” or “no” (mostly “no”). And of course some of those are necessary and just common sense. Yet others are based on old precepts of what we are capable of, what we think our best is, what we think we deserve or are able to do.

And yet, to grow, to become more of who we are and to accomplish what you set out to do this lifetime we must at times reach far beyond our “no’s”. I know we have all heard some version of this . . . yet we still find it hard to actually manifest the desired expansion in our lives.

One reason may be that we haven’t opened aspects of our own being to accept this expansion and so we fit our dreams into the old form, or formula. And then wonder why they don’t manifest. What can you conceive of? What do you think is truly possible?

The Jupiter-Uranus conjunction is a most expansive influence, happening now, right in the first few weeks of the New Year, inviting us to open to the part of yourself that can increase your consciousness, your capacity to accept your own higher self and your greatness.

Now is the perfect time to broaden your current perception of the reality of your life and then to see new possibilities. “What we can’t conceive of we can’t create.”

This energy is blowing the top off our own limitations, opening us to a new capacity to see what we are capable of!

There are keys to turning this lock open. First it is no mistake, I feel, that you are reading this. I say take that as a sign in and of itself that you are open and ready for this year to be a dynamic one for you. Believe that it is time, that you have all the resources and support you need to take whatever is your task to a higher level.

Take the next 2-3 weeks to focus on the inner. Surrender to your path, even if you aren’t exactly certain as to what that is. This, in itself, is an act of trust and faith in you believing that you have a purpose. Allow not knowing as to what is coming in. Most importantly, acknowledge that the past is no longer an option.

This can wake us up to what is possible. You may well sense that something is stirring and indeed it is. There may even be a feeling that your life is about to take off. Trust and nurture that!

The emphasis is now on taking part in your own life in a more dynamic and proactive way.

2.   Jupiter in Aries ~ Activator of Enthusiasm

On January 22nd, Jupiter enters Aries until June 4th. Jupiter goes through each sign every 12 years and while in Aries can spark enthusiasm and bring some form of excitement into our lives. How amazing that it is happening now, in the first few months of this most amazing year.

Here are some keywords for while Jupiter is in Aries: Being bold and having courage to be who you are; be pioneering and entrepreneurial as it encourages new beginnings.

Qualities to focus on while Jupiter is in Aries: Optimism, inspiration, faith. Being open to change that brings more joy to your life. Doing things that are being true to yourself and increase your confidence.

Questions to ask during this time: Where am I ready to change and grow? Am I open to see what is truly possible? Am I willing to expand even if it means real change? If I were feeling bold and confident, what might I do? Do I wait for others to act before I take action?

What to watch out for during this time: While Jupiter is in Aries is great for expanding in many ways, yet you do need to be careful to not take on too much, too fast. Excesses of any kind are possible and need to be avoided.

This heralds a dynamic time, one that will usher in many changes, some you may have been working towards for some time.

3.   Uranus in Aries ~ Enter the Spark

Uranus in Pisces has done a lot to lay a new foundation for spirit to enter our lives, for Light to enter our being. Yet it has been primarily on the inner and hasn’t really been conducive to outer manifestation. If we try to take action on something prior to it’s time, before the inner landscape hasn’t been laid, it is very possible that it will not sustain in physical form. So timing is everything.

Uranus is entering Aries on March 11 until May 15, 2015 and will act as a spark and catalyst. We can lay the logs on the fire but without the match it will not provide us with heat. And once Uranus is in Aries there will be many sparks to keep the fire going, through enthusiasm and renewed optimism.

Further, the channels that were forged in the last seven years are now ready to receive Light in a more dynamic way. We can more easily see how the insights that came through in that time now directly apply to our life.

Keywords for Uranus is in Aries: Expect unusual, unpredictable events that change how you view things. There is an acceleration of energies and a feeling that everything is happening very fast.

Qualities to focus on during this time: Being open to change that will bring you more aliveness and vitality. This is a primary element of all this—to feel more alive by being open to the life-giving pulse of Spirit. If you feel stuck, ask yourself if your lower will is still out of alignment with your higher will.

Questions to ask now: Am I willing to change those things that will truly change my life? Or do I back away from them, fearful that I will lose what is familiar? What would be the first thing I would change in my life that would make it better if I could?

What to watch out for during this time: Being erratic and making changes without any forethought. Seeking freedom and independence in impulsive ways. Resisting new ideas and information.

To attune to the higher frequencies of this Uranus influence, find ways to be yourself, to be authentic to who you are, be willing to be different, to step away from the crowd or the norm. The pulse of the Divine aspect of self is strong and it has a unique signature that is yours alone.

4.   Neptune enters Pisces ~
The Pull Towards The Divine & The Life We have Chosen

Neptune enters Pisces for the first time in 140 years on April 4th and is a major part of the New Cycle we are entering. It is the beckoning of the Divine and draws us towards our higher self. Our devotional natures increase under its influence as we yearn for our God-connection to become stronger and more real.

The heart opens to unconditionally loving ~ ourselves, others and the life we have chosen. The sense of separation between ourselves and God and ourselves and others dissolves.

It is the missing piece to the puzzle and where our willingness to surrender to our own life agenda, set forth before we were born (and indicated in your natal chart) can now exist and come into being with less resistance and greater ease.

This is a long-term aspect, one that will be influencing us until 2025. It hasn’t been in Pisces in over 140 years).

As we enter the new cycle it is critical that we find ways to get in sync with the energies, as this is where we will find our strength and courage on an ongoing basis. I encourage you to check out the Astro Currents Monthly page to learn more.

Think of building a sand castle at waters edge. You work away, watching your creation take shape. But then, the inevitable occurs…the tide (ruled by Neptune) comes in and after a few waves, dissolves that which you worked so hard for–returning the grains of sand–all those bits of effort you put into it–to the sea. And isn’t it interesting that you can’t build that sand castle away from the water line, out of harms way. No, we need the water in the sand to form the castle. It’s that inspiration that Neptune provides that is the key to our creations. (Neptune’s influence is most inspiring).

So now, during this time of Mars opposing Neptune, and also Jupiter at the last degree of Pisces, we are in between creations. Perhaps you are feeling a urge to create something new in your life, yet can feel at some level, it is not quite time for it. If so, you are surely being influenced by Mars and Neptune and Jupiter. It is indeed a time for the inner aspect of creating. To look at what inspires you, and to accept that even as you begin, it is always true that it will someday dissolve back into the ocean of the cosmos.

This detachment from the beginning of our creations can in itself be inspiriting (I meant to type inspiring…but decided I like it the way it is :~). It can bring us right into the moment as we create. It helps us to see more clearly just why we create. Who is it for? What do we feel compelled to create? And who, in us, is the true creator? And that is really the question. And something to think about during these next few days. Who in us creates…

A perfect visual of all this is the Buddhist monks creating extravagant sand mandalas, then destroying them. There is a wonderful video of this on CNN today (which I thought, in and of itself, was most interesting, being that Mars is opposing Neptune at this time). You can view it here:

Saturn is the planet that rules our plans and agendas. It can have us thinking that we know what is coming based on a particular action one takes. And sometimes, this is, in fact, the way it works out. And sometimes, it just isn’t. Our plans and agendas get way laid by the unknown. This impact may range from a pesky diversion to an out right major event that changes everything we thought we had “under control”.

And this month, there are two aspects impacting Saturn’s agendas:

Uranus is opposing Saturn all month and Neptune is quincunx it. Either can impact our plans in ways that change our course, but both acting on Saturn, all month long, well, the least I can say is expect the unexpected.

This doesn’t mean all is for naught regarding your current focus and itineraries. It just means they may change, and in very unexpected ways.

The quincunx (a 150 degree angle) is especially quirky. It asks you to make sure you are checking the “blind spots” in your rear view mirror. Those things you may not see but sure enough, are there. Don’t assume you know it’s clear until you turn around and double check. Look in unexpected places for issues. Check those things that you are assuming won’t be problematic, such as travel or meeting plans, or directions.

And for sure, trust your gut and use your intuition. If something feels off or not quite right, well, maybe it isn’t. Logic and reason aren’t quite as reliable now.

The Oil Spill
On another note, Neptune rules both oil and the the ocean. And the way it is interacting with Saturn these days, it was no surprize to me that it happened in the first place and also, it doesn’t look too good for it to get under control (Saturn’s domain) anytime soon. Things have a way of spreading under this type of a Neptune influence. Further, this event may influence things far beyond the actual spill.

I also would expect the weather patterns, which have already been strange of late, to continue to be so. An early hurricane? Unusual lightening storms? More tornadoes? All possible.

So how do we handle such bizarre energies? Here are some ideas:

• As I mention above, trust your intuition. Watch your dreams. Pay attention to the symbols appearing now.
• Also, to check and re-check plans–especially those you think you have “under control”.
• Further, trust the Universe. If something you thought was going to happen changes mid-stream, consider the possibility that it may be a “God has something better in mind for you” kind of thing.
• Few things from different perspectives. These are great energies for doing this, revealing things that will, in the end, help you.
• Don’t rush into the unknown without first asking for inner guidance.
• Do reality checks often. Is this for real? Is this the best course to take now? Is there a better way? All good questions to keep at hand now.

The Mystical and the Magical is a foot

One other thing to keep in mind is that these are, in some ways, very mystical energies. They originate in the void, in the mystery. So we can’t really know what they about, or up to. Allowing this as part of your “reality”, this unknown and mysterious influence, is advised. It requires Faith, and Trusting your place in the Universe, but that’s all good. Isn’t it?

Every so often there is a combo of celestial events that really gets my attention and one such time is occurring in the 3rd week of December.

• Mars in Leo is stationing retrograde on the 20th (while opposing the Moon, btw. More on that in AstroLite in a few days).
• Jupiter is conjunct Neptune on the 21st.
• The Sun enters Capricorn, which is the Winter Solstice in the No. Hemisphere.

At the least, you can expect to be busy, overwhelmed and excited all at the same time. I have lots more info on this at AstroCurrents on these influences and how they will affect us.
